Manufacturer

Material warranties come from the manufacturer.

Good to know

Two kinds of warranty.

Workmanship (ours)

Covers problems caused by how the roof was installed. It is the warranty we stand behind, and the one you call us about.

Materials (the manufacturer’s)

Covers the roofing products themselves under the manufacturer’s own terms. Your closeout paperwork includes the registration and details.

The terms of your warranty, including what is covered, what is excluded and how to make a claim, are stated in your signed contract. If anything on this page differs from your contract, the contract controls.
