Residential roofing
A free written inspection first, then an honest scope and price. Serving Polk, Lake, Osceola and Orange counties.
What we do
Most calls start with one question: does my roof need replacing, or just fixing? We answer that in writing first, then quote only what the roof needs.

Roof types
The right system depends on your home, your budget and how long you plan to stay. We explain the trade-offs in plain terms and put the options in your written estimate.
The most common roof on Central Florida homes. Good value, wide range of colors, and straightforward to repair.
Standing-seam and other metal systems. Long service life and a clean, modern look, installed with attention to seams, flashing and fasteners.
Concrete and clay tile roofs, including repairs and underlayment replacement. Tile roofs take longer, and we give you the timeline before you sign.
Membrane systems for flat sections and additions, with attention to drainage, edges and penetrations.

How a roof project works
We walk every slope, photograph it and give you a written finding. It tells you whether to repair, replace or leave the roof alone.
If the roof needs work, you get a written scope and price, with the photographs that support it. You are welcome to get other bids.
We handle the permit, order materials and give you a date. HOA approvals are submitted with you.
Most single-family homes take about three days. Your house is not left open overnight. Tile and larger roofs take longer, and we tell you before you sign.
You hear from one person at one number at each stage, from the day you sign to the day we close the job.
Final photos, your warranty, the permit close-out and the paperwork your insurance company may ask for.
