Over Armor Roofing, LLC (“Over Armor,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida-licensed roofing contractor (license CCC1336480) serving Polk, Lake, Osceola and Orange counties. This policy explains what information we collect through overarmorfl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an inspection or contact us through the site, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you provide one;
- the county where the property is located;
- the year your roof was installed, if you provide it; and
- anything else you choose to tell us, including information you send by email or phone.
If you contact us another way, such as by phone, text or email, we also keep that conversation.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, standard technical information is collected through Google Analytics and our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Section Cookies and analytics explains more.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule your inspection, and contact you about your property.
- To prepare estimates and written inspection findings, and to provide roofing services if you hire us.
- To send updates about your project.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To keep our business records, and to meet legal, licensing, insurance and tax obligations.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers that help us run the business, for example our website host and form processor (Netlify), our email and phone providers, and Google (for analytics and fonts). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Your insurance company or other parties, at your direction, when you ask us to send them your inspection finding or related documents.
- Suppliers, permitting offices and subcontractors, to the extent needed to carry out work at your property.
- Authorities and advisers, where required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that Over Armor Roofing may call or text you about your request and, if you become a customer, about your project (for example scheduling, deliveries and crew arrival). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your project.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask for help by replying HELP. You can also tell us by phone or email to stop contacting you. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or send us a request.
The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to them when a page loads.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. There is no single standard for responding to these signals on a site like ours, so we do not currently change how the site works in response to them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to provide services and support our warranty, and to meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.
Your choices
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
- You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing email using the link in the email.
- You can limit cookies through your browser settings.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
